Kardinal Offishall releases his single 'Numba 1' (Tide Is High) featuring Keri Hilson. “Numba 1 (Tide is High)” is the second single from Kardinal Offishall off his album Not 4 Sale, out now. The track features Keri Hilson, (Rihanna on the album version, and Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls on another variation.) Also in this mix is Notch 'Lay Away Love' and Mavado/Bounty on the Gully Creature.
